1. Sponsor
The Austin Farmers Market Austin FC Tickets + $500 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Austin Farmers Market LLC, P.O. Box 172, Manchaca, Texas 78652 (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is administered by Sponsor.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Texas who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
The following persons are not eligible:
- Owners, officers, employees, agents, and representatives of Sponsor;
- Anyone directly involved in administering, operating, promoting, or conducting the Sweepstakes or selecting the winner;
- Participating Austin Farmers Market vendors; and
- The immediate family members and household members of Sponsor’s owners, employees, and Sweepstakes administrators.
For these Rules, “immediate family” means spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of residence. “Household member” means any person who shares the same residence for at least three months during the year. Family and household members of participating vendors remain eligible unless they are otherwise involved in administering or conducting the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is void outside Texas and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding on all Sweepstakes matters.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on Sunday, October 25, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for online entries.
4. How to Enter
There are three entry methods. Every valid entry has equal weight, regardless of entry method. There is a maximum of ten (10) total entries per person across all methods combined.
A. Qualifying Preorder-Pickup Order
During the Sweepstakes Period, place a completed order through the Austin Farmers Market Online Store at https://austinfarmersmarket.com that contains at least one qualifying preorder-pickup product offered through the Preorder Menu. A completed qualifying order earns one (1) Sweepstakes entry, regardless of the order value or the number of qualifying products in the order.
The entry will be associated with the name and email address provided with the order. No separate entry form is required for this method.
Vendor booth fees or reservations, gift cards, taxes, tips, delivery charges, services, point-of-sale transactions, vendor-booth payments, and all other in-person purchases do not qualify. An order containing both qualifying and nonqualifying items earns only one (1) entry.
Cancelled, fraudulent, disputed, charged-back, or fully refunded orders are ineligible. If every qualifying item is removed or refunded, the entry is ineligible. If at least one qualifying preorder-pickup item remains purchased and paid, the entry remains eligible. The qualifying order must remain eligible through winner verification.
B. Free Mail-In Entry
To enter without making a purchase, legibly provide the following information on a 3-inch by 5-inch card:
- Full legal name;
- Complete residential mailing address, including city, state, and ZIP Code;
- Date of Birth
- Email address;
- Daytime telephone number;
- The statement: “I confirm that I am a legal Texas resident and am at least 18 years old”; and
- Signature.
Place the card in a standard business #10 envelope and mail it to:

Each envelope must contain only one card, and each card must be mailed separately. Each valid card earns one (1) entry. No purchase, receipt, entry code, or self-addressed return envelope is required.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than October 25, 2026, and received no later than October 28, 2026. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, postage-due, incomplete, or undelivered mail. Mail-in materials will not be returned.
C. Free Market Entry
During an eligible Austin Farmers Market event listed below, complete an official paper entry form and deposit it in the designated Sweepstakes entry box during market hours. Each person may receive one (1) market entry per eligible market date.

Market hours: 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. CT
Eligible dates: September 19 and 26; October 3, 10, 17, and 24, 2026.
Baythorne Park at Goodnight Ranch — 5601 Baythorne Drive, Austin, TX 78747
Market hours: 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. CT
Eligible dates: September 27 and October 25, 2026.
The entry form must include the entrant’s full name, date of birth, complete residential address, email address, telephone number, confirmation of Texas residency and age eligibility, and signature. Market entries must be deposited before 2:00 p.m. CT on the applicable market date. If a listed market is cancelled, no market entries will be accepted for that date; the mail-in method remains available.
5. Entry Limit and Verification
There is a maximum of ten (10) total entries per person across all entry methods combined. A person may use multiple permitted methods, but entries exceeding the overall maximum are void.
Entrants may not use multiple names, identities, email addresses, residential addresses, or other information to avoid the entry limit. Sponsor may combine records that it reasonably determines belong to the same person. Incomplete, illegible, automated, forged, altered, duplicated, fraudulent, or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified.
If a dispute arises regarding an online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the qualifying order will be deemed the entrant, subject to eligibility verification. “Authorized account holder” means the natural person assigned the email address by the applicable provider.
All entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of mailing, purchase, or submission does not constitute proof of receipt.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- Two (2) tickets to the Austin FC match scheduled for November 7, 2026, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $100; and
- Five hundred dollars ($500) cash.
The total prize ARV is $600.
The cash portion will be delivered by cashier’s check, Zelle, PayPal, or ACH, as mutually agreed by Sponsor and the verified winner. Sponsor will not charge the winner a fee to receive the prize. Tickets are expected to be delivered electronically.
All travel, transportation, parking, food, lodging, incidental expenses, and any other expenses not expressly stated are the winner’s responsibility. The winner and any guest must comply with all ticket, venue, league, club, safety, and conduct requirements. A guest who is a minor must attend with their parent or legal guardian.
The prize is not transferable before award. Sponsor may substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control. If the match is postponed or rescheduled after ticket transfer, the tickets will be subject to the ticket issuer’s terms for the rescheduled event. If the match is cancelled after transfer, any refund, credit, or replacement rights attached to the tickets will pass to the winner.
7. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each eligible entry has equal weight in the random drawing.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
On or about October 29, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received through all entry methods.
Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner using the email address and/or telephone number provided with the entry. The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours after Sponsor’s first notification attempt and may be required to provide government-issued identification, proof of Texas residency and age, a completed eligibility declaration, liability/publicity release, and tax documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond on time, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete required documentation, the potential winner will be disqualified and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may repeat this process until an eligible winner is confirmed.
The prize is expected to be delivered or transferred to the verified winner by November 2, 2026, provided the winner timely completes verification.
9. Taxes and Publicity
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with accepting or using the prize. Sponsor may issue tax documentation and require the winner to provide a completed Form W-9 or other documentation if required by law.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements about the Sweepstakes for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Any such use remains subject to applicable law.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts fraudulently or disruptively, or attempts to obtain entries through improper means.
If fraud, technical failure, human error, weather, cancellation of a market, force majeure, or another event outside Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes in a manner consistent with applicable law. If terminated early, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before the action requiring termination, if reasonably practicable.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not waive that provision. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Austin FC, Major League Soccer, the applicable ticketing provider, Shopify, Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective owners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, attendance, use, or misuse of the prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, interrupted communications, inaccurate entry information supplied by an entrant, lost or delayed mail, unauthorized human intervention, or errors that may occur in administering the Sweepstakes, except to the extent caused by Sponsor’s willful misconduct or where liability cannot legally be excluded.
12. Privacy
Information collected will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact the winner, prevent fraud, maintain required records, and comply with law. Entering the Sweepstakes does not automatically subscribe an entrant to marketing emails or text messages. Any marketing consent must be requested separately and must be optional.

13. Disputes and Governing Law
These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes must be brought individually in a state or federal court located in Travis County, Texas, and each entrant consents to that court’s jurisdiction.
14. Winner Information
To request the winner’s first name, last initial, and city after the winner has been verified, email howdy@austinfarmersmarket.com with the subject line “Sweepstakes Winner Request” or mail a written request to Sponsor at the address above. Requests must be received by January 31, 2027.
15. No Affiliation or Endorsement
The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered solely by Austin Farmers Market LLC. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Austin FC, Major League Soccer, the applicable ticketing provider, Shopify, Facebook, or Instagram. Austin FC and MLS names and marks belong to their respective owners. Entrants release Facebook and Instagram from responsibility relating to the Sweepstakes.
