A braided-looking pasta with a soft twist that gives it a nice textured bite. It works well with light tomato sauces, pesto, or simple olive oil and herbs. It adds a rustic, handmade touch. These are bronze-cut and made with an Italian semolina and water dough.

My pasta is bronze-die extruded in small batches and slow-dried for 120 hours using traditional methods. Made from simply Italian durum wheat semolina and water.
